One man front door delivery and will take up to any floor.

GOLD

Two man delivery service and will take to room of choice

PLATINUM

Two man delivery service, will take to room of choice and will provide installation.

DIAMOND

Two man delivery service, will take to room of choice, provide installation, remove old bed / furniture and take packaging away.

 

HOME DELIVERY CUSTOMERS

Usual protocol for all deliveries

  • Call day before to inform delivery
  • Offer a four hour delivery window
  • Make a pre-delivery courtesy call prior to arrival
  • Doorstep delivery (flats and apartments ground floor communal area)

We also…

  • Collect products from your warehouse or supplier
  • Store and manage your stock in our own warehouse
  • Offer a full delivery management system
  • Ensure that we deliver your items without damage
